Cancellations/Returns

Flycurtain-expert.co.uk will always allow you to return your items, with the exception of custom plastic and beaded curtains. DPD allows returns within 14 days of receipt. Should you have any questions, please contact the flycurtain-expert.co.uk team.

You have a maximum of 14 days to return any items, providing:

  • The products are returned in their original packaging.
  • The products are returned in the same condition.
  • The products are returned to Vliegengordijnenexpert.nl.
  • The return shipment has sufficient postage.

You carry the costs of the return shipment.

All return shipment costs are carried by the sender and will not be reimbursed by flycurtain-expert.co.uk. We do not accept shipments with insufficient postage.

You can return items in two ways.

  • Returns:Go to the post office and hand over your package.

Please note:  Returns via post office take 2-3 working days.

We also allow exchanges.

Make sure we receive the original product, then contact us and let us know what you would like to have instead. You can do this by sending an email to info@vliegengordijnenexpert.nl

We will reimburse you as soon as we can!

We will credit the purchase amount for the returned items to your bank account within a few working days.
